SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp or email notification confirming dispatch along with tracking details.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Orders are generally dispatched within 6–7 business days (Monday–Friday) of purchase.
For Express Shipping, deliveries are typically completed within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

SHIPPING FEES

•⁠  ⁠Complimentary Standard Shipping for orders above ₹5,000 within India.
•⁠  ⁠A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹5,000 .
•⁠  ⁠Express Shipping starts at ₹400 , varying by package weight.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

SERVICE DELAYS

Shay Studio is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or customs procedures.

FAILED DELIVERIES 

Shay Studio is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, unreachable contact information, or refusal to accept the shipment .
In such cases, if the order is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving their order .
Alternatively, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued, valid for six months from the date of issue.

Upon receiving the returned item, a quality inspection will be conducted. Once approved, store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days and may be used for future purchases.

All returned products must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags and packaging intact.
